STATSI have never had such terrible customer service. They gave me the run around and said they couldnt do anything because my account was inactive. I told them my account was active and they kept telling me it wasnt. Eventually I got help from their support team who said that my account was still inactive but Enterpriseapplications would be happy to process a new purchase for me if I wanted to. After much back and forth and trying to get someone on the phone who could help me I finally got an email from a representative apologizing for the trouble and promising to look into it further. 1 week later theres still no response from Enterpriseapplications so Im going to give up now and go somewhere else for home- SI - SPECINV - SI CYBERSTATS

Plus the customer service is terrible. Theyre always slow to help and they dont have any support services whatsoever. Dont bother using this site - its filled with other better sites that are just trying to make money.

Im not sure what the problem is but I had to use this site to organize my finances. The interface was kind of confusing and I didnt realize how it worked until it was already too late. Then I had to figure out how to use the analysis tools to see if I could get a better interest rate on my loan. The customer service was good but I would not recommend this site to anyone.
