DO NOT USE ENTERPRISemanagement.COM They are terrible at what they do and the customer service is horrible as well. I had to contact them multiple times to get my issues resolved and they would not respond to my emails or phone calls. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Enterprise Management Solutions EMS is a company that seems to be in the business of providing wrong services for the right price. First they said they had a property management service which never arrived at my house. Then they said they had an order processing service which never arrived. Finally they said they had a customer service service service which never arrived. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just opened up company enterprisemanagement.com and it was a complete disaster. We were given a care package with our products in but when we customer service received our package we were told that our items had been delivered to the wrong house. We had to call customer service back and they were able to get us through to the local customer service agent. She did her best but she was mostly there because she was called in to work. We are currently closed because of this situation. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Enterprise Management Solutions EMS is a company that seems to be in the business of providing wrong services at the right price points. First they should know that people are always willing to give them feedback and make sure that they are doing what they need to do in order to help their business grow. Once someone is comfortable with their services they are then charged for and taken on an schedule. If someone is not comfortable with the service or needs more time to drive home their point they can ask for a refund. This company has no interest in helping its customers and only wants people who have given them bad feedback in the past. They would rather people just go away without anything because it doesnt fit into their larger goal of making money. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
