"I Am Not Impressed With This Company."
EnterSource, Review Specifics:
I am not impressed with this company. I was told by the salesperson that they were a commercial fulfillment company and that they would be able to do a better job than anyone else because of their experience. However after I got my project completed it was quite apparent that they did not have the experience at all. They were extremely slow in getting things done and even took forever to get my order placed. Overall I would not recommend them to anyone.

Ive never had such terrible service from a company before. The guy who did my installation said there was no way he could do it because the wiring was so old and complicated. I didnt believe him until I saw the documentation he loaned me to look at. Turns out hes been doing this for years and hasnt even touched the wiring in our home yet Needless to say I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

This company is terrible They are always late and they never have time for your customer. Ive had to call them multiple times to get my money back. Ive also had to call them because they were not telling the truth about when they would be here. Overall this company is terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone.

The new product was very poorly made and would not have worked with the old one.We are sorry to hear that you had a poor experience with our company. I just got my order from EnterSource and it was all over the ground. The customer service was wonderful. I called them a few times and they were very kind and helpful. The prices they charged was than which made me even more excited to use their services. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of an answer or fast service.This company is nothing but trouble. My experience withEnterSource has been a whole bunch of trouble. From the moment I walked in all the way through the process of ordering and installation there was one big time problem - always one that kept cropping up. And it seemed like every time somebody had to fix something because of some weird typo or mistake another problemdy came up. In the end it took away what little smile I had on my face after reading all these reviews. There are no real positives FAREWELL THIS BUSINESS
