I have never used this company before but their website seems really shady. They promise a free trial but when I tried to sign up they told me that I needed to make a payment first. Also their customer service is terrible. I called them and they quoted me 200 for something that was only going to cost me 10. The whole experience made me very skeptical of them.

If I need anything it is was quick and easy to get a response from them as soon as our service was need. They also always have a smile on their face which makes everything better. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great CRM service and a good people to work with.

I was this companys customer service representative for a while and I can say that they are not of the best quality or service. I have had to call them multiple times because my phone is always off balance and it doesnt know how to make calls anymore. The last time I called my phone was completely off charge and there was no way to get it fixed without putting me on the gov Polkadot line. Not what I wanted from a customer service positionIm not sure what kind of crm service management software entertech is but their computer systems are garbage. My old computer had SoftEtherPilot out of the question so I needed something that would allow me to do some online work with the family then sign up for new email notifications about my social media accounts being watched. What entertech has now is just water under my table as far as security goes - you cant even use your name without getting invasion of privacy alerts sent through their email spam
