I had to contact them multiple times because my product wouldnt work and they would not help me fix it. Finally after having to speak with two different people I gave up and went somewhere else.

A.C.I have had a lot of trouble with this company entrust.us.com. The customer service is terrible and they are always quick to add more backup software without asking. Plus they are constantly telling me how much money I am worth and what days I should expect payments on. Unfortunately this is the only time that I can actually get some real help from the company.
