I have had a bad experience with envisa.com so I can confirm that they are a terrible company. My account was bill by a different company for Envisa and I tried to book an appointment with them but it said my account was about to be cancelled and I needed to provide evidence of my age Im 60. They also did not work out great together so I lodged a complaint with the consumer judiciary commission.
