"This Company Is Terrible And Their Services"

This company is terrible and their services are terrible. I have had to deal with them on a few occasions and each time it was a pain. First of all they never seem to know what theyre doing when it comes to IT. They always keep asking me about things that I already know and which dont need to be discussed again which makes the experience even worse. Second of all their prices are ridiculous. For example my last service contract said that I would be getting 350 per month for managed IT services which is way too much for what Im actually paying for now - only managing the infrastructure and not providing any actual help or support Overall avoid this company if you can - especially if youre looking for any kind of support at all

The most important factor in my decision-making process was good people who were always around to help. But now its the opposite. The employees are too busy and the clients are too many.
