I have never had such terrible customer service from a company in my life. The woman who answered the phone was absolutely horrible and refused to listen to me even though I was clearly asking for help with something that I needed. When I asked her for her name she said I dont know what youre talking about which really showed how unprofessional she was. The whole experience left me very unhappy and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at company envitics.com. The customer service was cold and unprofessional. I called multiple times during working day and never received a response. I also found the website to be generalized information which was not only about Envitics Solutions but about our product lines as well. It is clear that they are just trying to make a name for themselves among the software consulting industry standards setters and not actually succeeding.
