The company epicgroupllc.com is nothing but a scam I went to their website and saw that they offer consulting services for engineering companies. However the only thing they provide are terrible reviews of other engineering companies. They also state on their website that they can help you with anything from improve your business process to find new clients. Unfortunately this is not the case at all. I never received any help from them and my business was actually worse after I Contacted them than it was before

ServicesIve had a very negative experience with Epic Groupllc.com. The first time I dealt with them they were absolutely terrible to work with. They would not answer my emails or even return my calls After waiting several days for a response I finally received an email back from one of their employees which basically said that they did not have the information I was looking for and that I should contact their customer service department. Needless to say this made me extremely angry and frustrated. After spending hours trying to get in touch with their customer service department I finally reached out to them again and asked if they could help me find someone who could do a better job at answering questions. Unfortunately this is something that Epic Groupllc seems incapable of doing - no matter how many times you call them In addition the prices quoted by Epic Groupllc are definitely not worth it - especially when you compare it to other companies in the same business. I was very pessimistic about it when I first heard about it. Then I saw the video of the installer and what he did and then learned about their services online. ImprovementI just entered my last review which was negative into the history of this blog. I started using Epic Group llc.Com in 2006 and have been a customer ever since. They are the best in town and I have never had a problem with their work. I recently had a veterans heart transplant performed there and they were very quick to get everything ready for the patient. The service was top notchI am writing this as I am walking through their door right now looking forward to my next project that they will help me with.
