"Is The Worst Company EverI Have Never"

is the worst company everI have never had such terrible customer service. I called to ask about my order and they told me it was shipped and wouldnt arrive for another week. I asked to speak to a supervisor and when I didnt receive a response within a few minutes I came online and saw that their website said their staff was out of town. So I called back only to be transferred to someone who couldnt help me because they were out of town too. Then after waiting another hour on hold I finally spoke with someone who told me that my order wasnt even sent yet but would be there within the next day or two anyways... Which is exactly what happened The product arrived today in an open box with no protection whatsoever from the elements. Needless to say this experience has made me very unhappy and will not recommend this company to anyone
