Ive had a negative experience with this company. First of all the website is very outdated and doesnt funcion properly. Secondly the customer service is absolutely terrible. Theyre always asking for money to be paid back even though theres no invoice or order to that effect. And lastly the products are just horrible. I ended up returning most of them and wouldnt recommend them at all.

I shopped around for a home security system and decided on epividian because of the good reviews. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The representative who sold me my system told me that there were no problems with it and that everything worked perfectly. However after I installed the system I found out that EVERYTHING ON MY SYSTEM STOPPED WORKING - EVEN THE CAMERA It seems like they just never bothered to fixed the issue. Absolutely not worth your time or money.

Do not use this company if you are looking to fix your own home. The people who work there are complete idiots and dont know anything about Home -Epividian. They told me that I needed to get a license to do repairs when I already had one. And the prices for services are ridiculously high. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Im not sure what got into me when I started using Epividian. It was my first purchase and I couldnt be more satisfied with the product. Ive been using it for about a year now and have never felt so good. If youre looking for a good home security system then I recommend you try Epivariid. Its sure to make your life easier.
