eqinc.com is a terrible company that provides nothing but low quality services. I had to go through their website multiple times before I found what I was looking for and the first time it was missing some of the important information. They charged me more than my other providers and they did not have any of the features that I needed in my IT solution. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Their website is very outdated and its difficult to find what youre looking for. The customer service isnt good either they dont always answer your questions or provide support when you need it. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just signed up for some IT services through eqinc.com and then realized right away that I was going to be needing a new security guard. Weve been using eqinc.com for years and never had any issues but now there is something wrong with the site. There is no email confirmation or none even of that matter- vendoiamo The first security guard did the job but this one... This one guy... Well he just laughed at me when I asked for his name and Social Security number. Im not sure what kind of security guard you want on your site but Id recommend against using this type of guy.I tried to use the itvault program to fix the problem fromeqinc.com but it said there was a problem with my account. Im not sure what account it was because I didnt sign up for an account like most people do. So instead of fixing the issue and changing the entire

I am not happy with my experience working with eqinc.com. The customer service was great but the services provided were poorest of all. I had a number of issues with my account and they did nothing to resolve them. I even sent them an email about how things were going and they still havent fixed the issue. So overall Im not impressed with their help line and bad customer service in general.
