I recently used erexpress.com for a few days to order my new animal intake system. I was very disappointed with the service. The customer service person was very slow in getting back to me and the phone is constantly off point. The system is huge and not built into the site like it was supposed to be. The product is decent but I will not be using this company again.

productsErexpress.com is a terrible company. They always make it difficult for you to do your own research or order your products. The customer service is horrible too. I had to call and ask them to switch my product from one line of product to another so that I could get the correct parts for my animal health product. It was very polite of them but it was a hassle. Overall Ive had negative experiences with this company and would not recommend it to anyone.
