This company is complete garbage. They dont seem to have any IT support services at all and when you do find someone who does theyre usually extremely unprofessional and not very helpful. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I would not recommend this company. They do not seem to be able to provide the level of service they promise. I have had to request multiple times for things that were said they would do and have yet to receive a response back. Another thing is that their customer service is terrible- they always respond with canned responses and never seem to understand what you are asking.

I was this companys customer service representative for a while. I had the opportunity to call them at home during work hours and when I had an issue with my computer. They did not do any of the above. The customer service they provide is limited at best. They would only help me if I could can be a talkative person and let them know how everything is going. When I asked for more help with a problem they did not give me what I needed to help me. They said we dont have time for that. All I wanted was someone to tell me what was wrong and to get me started on my problem so I could fix it for me. That wasnt customer service. This was just another opportunity for them to please their customers and go beyond the breaking even ground by charging extra for things they dont have anymore.This company doesnt worth their salt anymore.
