servicesI have had a bad experience with company es.globalsoftm.com. The first time I used their software it did not work correctly and I lost data. They kept giving me different excuses until I gave up and went to another company. This time the software worked properly but the website was very slow and difficult to use. Finally after many frustrating hours of trying to use their website I gave up and ended up using a third party instead.

caiI was this companys customer service person and I could tell you that they do not have the experience or knowledge to even handle a simple task like that. They were able to get me my software but when they did it just wouldnt work. I had to call them multiple times and they were either out of town or disagrees with what was causing the issue. The problem was still there after the issue was fixed. Ive now given up on this company and will never use them again.
