The first thing they do when you contact them is ask for your personal information like your name address etc. They then promise to help you with your IT needs and Cybersecurity in Buffalo Western New York businesses - but nothing ever happens. You never receive the services that you were promised or the money that you were supposed to get back. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just had a customer service number for Buffalo Western New York Businesses company Escapewire Solutions. I was able to get through to a person that was responsible for the companys operations but they were very polite and helpful. The customer service representative was able to help me get my order processed quickly and without any hassle. However the process of interacted with their customer service representative was not positive. The representative was polite and helpful but when we were trying to Gentle some questions they had during the conversation been more definitive in their answers which made our head ache. We believe that this could be an issue if someone is looking to use the company for services as they should avoid doing so with any previous experience of theirs.

I just registered with Escapewire.com and they are now part of Buffalo Western New York Businesses. I have had problems with these people for a while now and my results have been that the company is extremely bad for what they do. My results have been issues with them trying to up their game notenough about how their software works or what their users are supposed to do. I would recommend avoiding this company all together.
