I have had a terrible experience with this company. They do not provide any help whatsoever when it comes toESG Success. I was told that I needed to sign up for their Customer Success as a Service and then nothing ever happened. I called them and they said that I never even needed to contact them because my account was already connected to their main company website. Absolute nonsense

I have had a negative experience with ESG Success. I first started using them in 2013 and have been a customer ever since. They are then an Esri-based company that provide services as ESG Success does such as interface improvement and map creation. However since ESG Success is an online business their servers are always slow or D3P because they cannot keep up with the demand from their users. I am not the customer success team members but I found this company to be negative and will not be returning their software. I have had problems with it in the past and it has never been done well by them. This is the first time I have ever had to take such action because of their software.

I am not sure what the problem is but I absolutely did not enjoy my experience at company esgsuccess.com. The site was incredibly easy to use and looked really good but once we got going there were many errors and glitches. I never had to wait long for anything or even input anything in full detail still got told by someone else that everything was working perfectly. I would not recommend this site to anyone.
