I just opened up company esketchers.com and I was impressed by the quickly workable interface and the number of features included. However I was disappointed with the lack of customer support they provide. I contacted them multiple times and they were only able to get me through after they had already left messages or left their office for me. Its been a few months now and Ive still not received a response from customer service. Im concerned about the potential lack of service due to my email being sent out so recently and there being no reply.
