I was extremely unhappy with this company. I did not have a positive experience with them at all. The first time I interacted with them they were very pushy and sales-y. They made it clear that they were only looking for money to help me save money on my education costs. After I explained that I couldnt afford to save any money whatsoever they became very unprofessional and refused to listen to me. Overall this was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was so excited to receive my ESMSolutionsBox due to the great work I had done in the past for a number of different organizations. Unfortunately now that Im a monthly subscriber Im quickly becoming resigned to using this box just to get myRuntime question answered. The last time I did this was months ago and Ive not received a response from their customer service team yet. Please fix this issue so that my questions about myData Validation can come through in the resultsI am currently a monthly subscriber and have been since they first began operation. It has been quite some time since then. I have received his support precedent wise and Thank you for your help with myData Validation. However now that I am a monthly subscriber there is no response from customer service. Why is it taking so long to answer my questions
