I have had nothing but issue after issue with company esr-inc.com. I have had customer service try to do everything they can to help but eventually they will get through to the person who is causing the issues. However very often its not possible or necessary which makes it even more frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was this companys official customer for quite some time. They always had the up-to-date and useable information on everything including new technologies and products that came out of the ground. However recently I have noticed that they are now all using a different platform or lack of one to store and process their customers orders. Not good. If you are looking for my opinion on this matter I will go ahead and give you my personal review - its very poor.Esr-Inc is a terrible company Their customer service is terrible and they always have problems with their software.
