They are always up to date with the latest versions of their software and they always provide great support. 1. Do not use this software if you are not familiar with it It is very difficult to understand the instructions and you will likely end up making more mistakes than you need to.2. The support staff are very unhelpful and do not seem to care about their customers. They would rather talk to other customers on the phone or in person about how they can improve their service.

and Tracking TechnologyI have never had such a terrible experience with esri. My heurisery was to generate a map of my backyard using the isege river as the lower limit. I spent hours trying to get the software to show me the right location for a river map and when I finally got it so that the river lay between me and what I wanted it said the machine was not turned off enough power to turn on a blue line above and below the machine which was why it wouldnt turn on when I tried to zoom in on something. Also once I woke up from the sleepsleep mode and looked at the computer screen there was another blue line above and below the first line that showed power usage. So now Im still working on getting my map going and it says it doesnt have enough power to do anything else but turns out it is under construction...Esri should be ashamed of themselves for what they did to our
