"I Just Moved Out Of State And Am"

I just moved out of State and am now a New Yorker. I had been with this company for 4 years trying to get my old job back. I finally got a hold of their customer service line and they were very good about helping me get it back. But then again thats not usually the case with these companies. Anyway I called them back last month and it took quite some time before they would bring me in whatever the problem was. And then when I came in there was still nothing on my old job - or worse so I started to feel like I was being taken advantage of. The whole process took quite some time and wasnt very easy to take care of issues such as this. But at least they did his job well.Essex Management Company is terrible They do not work with their customers to return them to what may have been other jobs or even another state if needed.Took ages just to get old job back after problem - new

I have had the pleasure of working with ESM for the past year and a half. I has been entire customer service from start to finish. I was caused some issues with my home in march which led to axfright. The level of customer service is outstanding it is like working with an aunt or uncle thanguardian thankin govESM is an excellent company and I have no other words to say about them
