The Estes Group, Review Specifics:
I have had a few negative experiences with this company. The first time I was only given a basic understanding of what they were doing and then never been given the opportunity to ask any questions. After asking multiple times I finally got an answer that my question wasnt relevant to their service. The second time I spoke to someone who didnt seem very knowledgeable about their product and then when I brought up a specific issue they said it couldnt be done because there was already someone else doing it Lastly the third time after spending hours on the phone with them they eventually told me that there was no way for me to implement my ERP because it would require too much work and wouldnt be profitable

I was very disappointed with the company EstesGroup.com. The ERP implementation I hired them to do was absolutely terrible. They did not work well with my companys existing software so I had to start from scratch. Furthermore they did not have a good understanding of what I wanted out of my ERP system and instead just implemented something that was much less effective than what I wanted. Overall this experience was a total failure and I would not recommend them to anyone.

The company is awful. I have used them for ERP implementation ERP consulting and now cloud hosting. They are always late with their work and do not follow through on promises they make. Their customer service is also terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have just returned from a two-week trip to Europe and my overall experience was extremely GARDening. So far I have used various services to manage my time and resources but nothing has turned out as well as the Estes Groups service. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the service is excellent when you need it most. I highly recommend EstesGroup to anyone looking for an excellent solution for their ERP Implementation and Cloud Hosting needs.

ConsultingI just signed up for the ERP Implementation account at EstesGroup Consulting. Unfortunately I find companys website to be very unprofessional. The image above shows a users computer with an ERP software installation but in the far left column there is a picture of a computer with estesgrp.coms Cloud Hosting solution applied. The other pictures show different types of e-commerce including some withackle merchants and others without amout of storage space. I think that companys people should know that users may not be happy with their purchase even if they have the same name as the companys site. Thank you for your time
