I was very disappointed with this company. I tried to order a skin product and the customer service was absolutely terrible. The woman who answered the phone said that she couldnt do anything because there was no stock of the product and that I would have to wait for another week. When I asked her how long that would be she told me it would take at least two weeks. I then asked her what type of product it was and she said Its not a skin product. Then when I asked if she could tell me what it was she told me it wasnt a skin product but an ointment. Needless to say I wont be ordering from this company again.

I was extremely disappointed with this company. I placed an order for a air freshener and it arrived half-way through the process. I called about the issue and was told that they would not be able to processing my order because they were out of stock. They then said that if I wanted to return the product I would have to pay for a full refund. Needless to say this was a very frustrating experience.
