E Street Communications, Inc., Review Specifics:
is a company that is known for their quick response time and professional service. However the other companys customer service is nothing to write home about. I have had several people come in to my office with questions - only to be told by the representative within my team that they are alone in the world and will contact when they do. It cant get worseE Street Communications has great customer service but it really doesnt go beyond this level of discussion. I would give them a D instead.

"I Just Moved To E Street Communications And I Am"

I just moved to E Street Communications and I am so disappointed in the customer service. The phone number never worked right when I had it and they were not able to help me out before the move. I called them a few times but they always seemed busy. They also did not have the new line set up for me when I got it so I went back to their TV center program and set up the line. When I came back down after 24 hours of use they said there was no change with the line even though we had been using it for two days. There was also a review which said that their technicians are not good enough at working on lines and that you need to be talkative while having Make-A-Wish meets likeographers who can read lips which is really hard. Customer service should know how to work on phones better than this.
