I absolutely hated my job at estSI. I was responsible for all the customer service and always had to be on top of everything. But now Im not in the business anymore. Company is terrible customer service should match or exceed what it used to.estSI is a terrible company. The customer service is terrible and its always been bad since Ive been working there. They should match or exceed what theyre currently capable of.
