I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have had terrible experience with them from the beginning. They kept giving me different numbers to call and no one was ever available when I needed them. Eventually I just stopped using their services because it was so difficult getting help from them.

"I Have Had A Lot Of Trouble With"
ET&T, Review Specifics:
I have had a lot of trouble with et-t.com and other IT Support companies in the past. I have had to call them multiple times because my phone is the only one that doesnt work on my current address. They are always wrong about things. Sometimes they dont know how to do a thing and sometimes they do it wrong. Ive had to call them go through their whole customer service line and even get a techperson to come out and help me out. And its not just et-t.com - Ive also had it done with other companies that Ive worked for as well. So I say give up on this company and switch to someone else who might have better luck bad reviews

E-T now its own thing I just got off the phone with et-t. I was a customer for 2 years and it is now their own thing. They new about this and they have been doing a great job at partding in to make this work. But Im sure there are people out there who will disagree with them The fact of the matter is we need to get this working together. Were on different ends of the spectrum but we really believe in what were doing together

I have had a great experience working with Et-T.com but I would not recommend their IT Support business to others. The staff is NAVY and they are the only company in the area that offers this service. We have had to do time-consuming tasks like fixing a broken screen and connecting our new computer using our original cable set up time-consuming. The crew was all METALICODE instead of looking at the job from start to finish and making sure we were happy with the result. Plus they were all wearing hats which made it difficult to just focus on what was happening on the screen. I have never seen such low quality work in my life
