I recently worked for Baltimore.com and I can say that I am not happy with my current position. I have been working as a customer service representative for just under two years now and I have never had such terrible experience with customer service. The reps are always looking good but when they are not it is all about problem solving. There is never any time for fun instead of trying to help someone who is struggling. The best thing to do is just leave the company and never look back.
