Im not sure what got into me when I started usingcompany Etech7.com for my IT needs. For years Ive used various services to manage my technology and now I need it more than ever. However the customer service is non-existent and they have no idea how to use our computers. Weve had to call multiple times to get an answer to a question we thought was answered by the company. We also have had to call them multiple times because they are not as good as they sound. Overall were extremely disappointed with company etech7.com and our experience there.
