"I Just Got A Customer Service Call From Our"
E Technologies, Inc., Review Specifics:
I just got a customer service call from our office and what looked to be a simple issue was actually something out of their control. We were told by the customer service person that our data center had experienced an issue with their UPS power cooler and they were working on a solution. A few minutes later they said it was fix and we could go back to our normal lives. Unfortunately this problem has remained even after multiple calls and emails. I would not recommend using E Technologies Inc. or its customer service.

Ive had the opportunity to use E Technologies Inc. for a little over two years now and have never been so satisfied with their products or service. Their customer service is ALWAYS friendly and when there are problems they get immediately caught up and resolved. I highly recommend them if youre looking for high-quality data storageserver technology at a fraction of the cost of traditional companies.
