eTelligent Solutions is now part of Shi. We have been a customer of Etelligentsolutions for over 5 years and I can say without a doubt that their products are top quality and their customer service is amazing. However since this company has merged with Shi there have been some changes in their business model which have not always been ideal for our needs. For example they no longer offer any type of warranty on their products so we are now left with the worry of future problems should something happen to them. Additionally they charges us way too much for services that we do not need and also does not seem to take into consideration our budget when providing solutions. Lastly I would highly recommend avoiding this company if you value your time and money as well as your satisfaction with product delivery.

JIONGETelligents Solutions is now part of JONNY HUANG This company is just a waste of money. I have been using eTelligent Solutions for over 5 years now and have never had such terrible luck as now. Now they are all about analyosing blood pressure and checking embryos in order to prescribe meds.Never happy with this change I would not recommend this company to anyone
