provides high-quality IT consulting services but the customer service is terribleI have used this company for over a year now and I must say that their quality of service is absolutely terrible. They do not seem to really care about their customers which makes it difficult to get anything done with them. Additionally the customer service representative I spoke to was also very unprofessional and did not seem interested in helping me out.

The consultant they hired to help them with their IT needs was terrible and didnt do anything more than tell them what they needed to do to improve their system. He also said they wouldnt be able to do anything until after the holiday season which was really frustrating because we were expecting some help by then

I have never been more unhappy with their services than I am right now. They are completely unresponsive to my needs and have absolutely no understanding of what they are doing.Every single thing I need is different and yet they always seem to be up for sale again.Sometime you get a good customer service experience other times you get someone who just wants to make money.I would recommend avoiding Etern Imperium very much at all cost.

I have never seen any negative reviews until now so you might as well all go to because this company is garbage. I have tried several other businesses first and then found Eternheddar and although it was a decent business it was just a waste of time and money. e ecterentetchallen 21year old high school student from California looking for wealth I am an 18 year old high school student who is looking for wealth. I have been on many different consulting projects throughout the United States this is the first time I am reviewing a product or service like Eternheddar. I invested my money in hopes that this would be a good investment and get me closer to my goal of making more money than anyone else through work. Unfortunately I am not happy with the results- most importantly I am not where I want to be without

is a company that provides only low-cost solutions to its customers who need help with their computer problems. I have found this business to be unhelpful and unprofessional. For example I had a small matter of computer use and access that required more than just providing an online 35 minute service I needed to be right there at the office and could not come home at night. The company told me how much time it would take to get my problem solved and how much money I would save. It took almost two days for them to get my problem solved and cost them 600. This is not something I would recommend anyone who needs help with their computer problems contact Eternitech or even watch this companys videos about how much trouble they can make you into a student
