I have had the misfortune of working with this company. First and foremost their customer service is terrible. They never answer emails or return phone calls. Secondly their work products are horrible. Their designs are often outdated and not up to par with other designers Ive worked with in the past. Finally their prices are incredibly high for what you receive. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

Ether Creative is a terrible company. The design they produce is often poor and looks like it was made for a worse purpose. They also do not seem to have any real idea about what theyre doing when it comes to designing things. My biggest grievance with this company is that they charge very high prices for their services which makes no sense at all in the world of web design and mobile app development. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone

SolutionsI was really disappointed with my recent artwork. The customer service did not seem to be aware of the issue and then had to continue to use it without a change. Im sure this type of problem can be resolved quickly but it was more than likely due to myellos sic lack of leadership that led to the company being in such bad shape.
