The owner Fethullah Girma is an unprofessional and dangerous person who will do whatever it takes to get what he wants from you. He is also extremely unprofessional and always tries to nickel-and-dime you for every penny of the money you spend on his products. If you dont have the money to buy his products outright he will make do with trying to extract money from your suppliers or customers by offering them lower prices or even no product at all. Do not deal with him

The salesman who sold me the software was very unprofessional and told me that he would only refund my money if I did not find any problems with the software. He never followed through on his promise and instead gave me a bill for 5000. I do not recommend this software company to anyone.

I just signed up with ETM Software Company in Ethiopia to try their software. I was disappointed right away. The interface was different from other software Ive used before and the user support was not as friendly as Id expected. For example they offer a free trial but does not let you try the first version of the software before you buy it. There is no feedback option so you cant check to see if youre being helpful or not. The help files are lookupable but theres only a few lines of text on each one. Im returning my product now.

This Company is a ScamI was an employee of this company for 2 years and never received mydsDOW from etmsoftware. I had to take care of this myself through communicated with customer service multiple times. I did not receive mydsDOW in due course. I have also been told by some people within the company that they do not need EtmSoftwares software because it is not working for them. This is not true at all. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I just closed a deal with EtmSoftwarePlc.com and was very disappointed. We had an idea for an application that would help us with our work and etmsoftwareplc.com did not have what we were looking for. The app was called EtmWorker but it was nothing more than a forum forworkers to communicate and share ideas.worker then saw that their job is to make things look better by reducing the quality of pictures of business signs in his town EtmWorker did not do anything to improve the looks of my signs it just made them Look smaller.
