Inc.I just came across this problem with Excels.com IT Support. Our office is located in Omaha Nebraska and have been getting tech support from Excels.com for the past few months. I have been getting through to them easily when needed but then again theyre not always going to be. Its been happening lately where somebody has had to be sick or something and theyre coming back in and out of Anyway now having to go into customer service to get help for something thats not a major commitment just wasnt anything I wanted to do. The person who came through to help me was really nice though so I thought everything was okay. Unfortunately its not even enderly speaking are we having same issuesyoursWeBmallotopopoThis user hasanonymous account on company excels.com and has had it active for 2 years.Ive had plenty of experience with bad reviews of companies like Excel

I have had two issues with company Excels.com in the past week that Im not sure are worth 5 star reviews. First issue - Ire unable to get my account started. Ive tried multiple links and numbers please help me find out what is going on. Were at the red stop button again. Please help Then my next issue - if I want to change a word in a document for example. Im getting an error message about not be able to find the object youre trying to change. Please help The customer service people here at Omaha are terrible and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
