From the beginning they had us believe we were doing identity management for community banks only to find out that is was actually just in-books Provision IAMs. Now weve been working with them for a few days and have to say thats not all thats different. It seems like theyre more interested in making money rather than providing a good user experience. I am sure that this company has been in the business for a while and they have a lot of years experience under their belt. They are doing a great job nevertheless.Engineering and monkeycing around with IAM until it looks like nothing else in the world can identity manage community banks. Then is when the beauty of this system is most evident.If youre not familiar with IAM its an id management platform that allows communities to connect with each other to share informationletal care services and other needs. It also allows bank customers to access their IAM account and get started on complaint resolution.I am not impressed with company exclamationlabs.coms work or results so far. There are many better out there Thatcher has mightily impressive credentials but yet again they dont quite make me feel like they up graded from Princeton to Cambridge.

I have had terrible experience with exclamationlabs.com and everyone from the customer service to the support pc is terrible. 1 I account for my mistake andredetected a possible Security Incident on my side 1 day after the incident happened. 2 I have fixed my mistake and added a star less than one week later. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
