DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE AND WILL NOT RESPOND TO YOUR QUESTIONS ABOUT THEIR SERVICES. I HAD TO CONTACT THEM AFTER MY FLOOR mat was ruined because they said they would not do anything about it and that I needed to bring my own floor coverings. ALSO THEY CLAIM THAT THERE IS A 50 PER MONTH CONTRIBUTION FOR SERVICE BUT WHEN I ASKED THEM IF THIS WAS TRUE THEY SAID NO. JUST IN CASE YOU LOVE THEIR SERVICES DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is terrible and they do not seem to care about their customers at all. I have had to call them multiple times because my roommates keep breaking things and they do not want to help me fix it.

with Service that is Second LevelI have had two dealings with this company and both were negative. The first was because they were who I thought they were. They claimed to be doing what was best for my elderly friends when in fact they were just doing their thing there own way. The second experience didnt go as well. This company is claiming to be something they are not - which is why the customer experience really took off. They are claiming to be the good guys but they are really just a copy of themselves. If youre looking for a senior living community that does what is right for you then look elsewhere - than anything else.
