While theirintention is good at times it can be difficult to follow. For example when I was looking for a new position in Talent Acquisition Management I had to search on my own and needed help finding jobs. ExperienceFY had the time of life reserved for companies that rely on social media to connect with potential employees. However in the end I found the process by which many organizations try to get job applications answered or frozen i.e. creating an obstacle course where only high-pressure people are allowed through which felt like a constraint on freedom.This isnt really experienceFYs responsibility its just that they have always been very good about making ways around its Lochs rather than upstream ie. offering help with finding work. I can say that this company is not only user-friendly but it is also highly effective in regards to talent acquisition. The platform provides an excellent experience when working with this company. However I have one issue with the way in which they compare prices of different roles. In terms of the customer service they offer they arestellar but I feel that the pricing model is too high for some of the tasks they ask for. But overall Ive had a great experience working with this company and would definitely recommend it to others. experfy.com does not have a good reputation for user satisfaction
