I would highly recommend company expotracker.net to anyone in the business of exhibiting or traveling to exhibitions The system is very user-friendly and really allows you to keep track of everything - from where your exhibit is located to what kind of signage youre using and even how many people are currently attending your event. The customer service is top-notch too - they always respond quickly and help out with anything I have ever needed during my travels. overall I couldnt be happier with the system - its a great value for the money

I have had a terrible experience with this company. The first time I met the owner he was very nice and helpful. However after a few months of working with him I started to notice that he was not actually in the business of Expo Tracker LLC - Custom Built Systems and Services. He was only doing it for money. In fact he has been completely fraudulently claiming that he is in the business since at least early 2018. He also does not seem to care about his customers or their satisfaction. He only cares about making money. All of his products are shoddy and do not work as promised. Do not waste your time or money with this guy

Expect to experience high quality customer service and some of the best systems on the market - from expotracker.net. However I would like to warn those who are about to purchase this product that it is not without risk. I recently purchased a system from this website and am in the process of using it now. I was very disappointed with the service we received when I first contacted their customer service. They were professional and tried to fix the issue but it still showed as a back up system there was no issue with the original system so they could not warranty it. Now that I am had my own system in hand I feel much more confident in their products. Customer service definitely should be aware of these types of issues and take care to address them if someone is asking for help especially when there is a problem with the product.
