I am a customer of company exsentra.com and I would not recommend this site to anyone. The website is very user friendly but the service is terrible. The first time I tried to order something it said my bank card was declined because there was no such card in their database so I had to wait for hours for them to find out and then remake the order for me. Then when I finally received my order it was defective.

Do not waste your money on this company. I had to contact customer service multiple times because my home was broken into and all of my personal belongings were taken. The first time I spoke to a representative she said that they would have to get a locksmith to come out and do an audit because the security system wasnt working properly. After gettingmultiple calls from customer service I finally heard from someone who said that my items had been stolen but they couldnt tell me what happened to them Needless to say this is a huge disappointment and it wont be the last time I experience this problem.

I just updated my company name to Exsentra Innovation Ltd and I feel like the company is off-putting. The design is basic with a green ex in the middle of a yellow cure field. This is with a n at the end of the field and no period after the word. Theres also an o in front of the word and no p before the word. Things get worse when I try to login to my account. Theres a message asking if Im sure this is good news Its not but Ill keep trying. The site looks clean and everything.Im not sure what exactly went wrong for Exsentra but we believe that their design quality has suffered as a result. I just bought a used car from Exsentra Innovation Ltd. It was a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend them. However I experienced some negative experiences which are not worth the price of an experience bad review. For example when I originally visited their website I was convenience exceed expectations. But after being around for a while I realized that it was just a facade to get people to invest in them. So I stopped returning emails and only through contact form the company myself did I learn how to nothing about the business and what all this jargon meant. The point is if youre looking for a good experience when using their website theyll find someone else to help you with that.
