I have used ExtelaSoft for about two years now and I am extremely unhappy with the work that they do. The UIUX design of their software is terrible and it makes it difficult to use their products. Additionally the customer service is also very poor. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The UIUX is terrible and the software services are absolutely terrible. I have had to go through multiple complaints with their customer service and it seems like they just do not care about their customers.

I have never used this company before but I am about to because their software is terrible. The user interface for their website is terrible and its really hard to navigate. One of the things that makes it even worse is that they charge a lot for their services. I wouldnt recommend them at all.

I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. I called to ask a question and the person who answered the phone said they couldnt help me because their company was extelasoft.com not extelsoft.com. I asked what the difference was and she said it didnt matter because her company only provided software services and not web design or user interface design. I told her that wasnt true and that I needed help with something specific and she told me to go away. This is just an extremely unprofessional experience overall and I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone.

Not only that but their software is incredibly difficult to use. Its like theyre trying to teach you how not to ride a bikeIf youre looking for a company that doesnt care about their customers rather than those would-be users then extelasoft.com is better.
