to Connect Improve efficiency and Save MoneyeZCom software is a rip-off. I ordered the software and was promised it would take care of all my EDI needs. It didnt. The main reason I stopped using this company is because they dont seem to be able to do anything about their poor quality control.

for You to get your business onlineI am not an employee of company ezcomsoftware.com so I cant provide a favourable review. We make it easy for you to get your business online. They offer a great customer service experience. However some of their features are hidden or require more work than they seem in the websites Detailed Overview. I have tried their software and it does not work with my computer even after updating and trying different techniques. It is not easy to winnow down what isnt working for others and fix or replace it with what is working correctly from their perspective.

They provide eZCom EDI Software and System Integrations making it easy for you to get your business online. However Ive never seen anything that is nice. Not even close. The website is 50 full of ads and theres no support or help available. Its like theyre just a showroom for these companies software.I dont think Ill ever use this company again - especially when it comes to their software.
