I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality managed IT support serviceI recently moved into my new house and needed to set up my network so that all of my devices could be connected. I had no idea how to do it myself so I called ezmicro.com. They were great answered all of my questions and gave me some tips on how to do it properly. The next day they came out and did just what they said they would do- Set up my network perfectly Thank you ezmicro.com for getting everything done quickly and without any fuss

has always been great to work with from the initial contact through to follow-up support. They provide top-quality service at a fair price and their customer support is second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any IT needs you may haveIf there was one word that could sum up my experience with EZ Micro it would be excellent. From the first conversation I had with Tony who answered all of my questions patiently and concisely until the day before my computer crashed thankfully without creating any damage they were more than happy to help out. Their customer service is outstanding and definitely beats anything Ive ever experienced in the past - both online and offline. Thank you so much for everything

EZ Micro is a complete and utter scam. I called them because my computer was not working and they said it would be only 30 to fix it and then they would give me a free computer. I told them that I already had a new computer so there was no need for the free one. They said that if I did not want the free one then they could charge me 60 for the fix. I told them that was not fair and that I wanted the free one. They said they could not do anything about it and hung up on me. Do not go to EZ Micro if you have any problems with your computer.

I started using ezmicro.com in 2006 and have been a customer ever since. They are the best online service provider I have used. Their support is amazing and their customer service is alwayspuff. I have never had any problems with my account or there was never any need for me to take a chatbot or call somebody out on their phone because they would be asleep at the wheel. And of course their prices are unbeatable. If youre looking for good MTS support then look elsewhere but if youre looking for great customer service then go ahead and guilty to both ezmicro.com and your whole Salamander team

we provide online customer service for your computer purchase and technical support for any question you may have.EZ Micro Were Sorry but Youll need to be careful with Your Computer. The companys site provides no clear way to tell if this is a customer review or not. If it is a customer review then they may be able to help you with finding out what the problem was that caused the issue in the first place. However as it stands now it looks like some person or group of people are trying to funeral parsony the company in some way. For example one review says The company makes sure that there is no customer service or anything else involved in any of these purchases which seems very discreditable given all of the positive reviews on the website. In other words this company may be good A LOT of things but it is not great when it comes time to dealing with someone who is trying to be understanding
