Do not bother using Ezmsp.com They are the worst company ever Ive used them for both IT Support and New York City IT services and each time has been a nightmare. The customer service is terrible and their prices are ridiculously high. Do not even consider using this company unless you want to be met with disappointment and anger every time you need help.

ProviderI have had the pleasure of working with EZMSP for the past year and a half. They are all I need to be happy with their service. From the moment we sign up they go above and beyond to help us meet our needs. My IT department has been going through some changes and EZMSPA was able to take care of what needed to be done and made it look like a normal job. They always come across as professional and are always willing to help out anyone who asks for help. I highly recommend EZMSP for any organization looking for quality IT support

They always have the latest technology and dont ever seem to do anything to make your users better citizens.I Bills every day for IT support and never received a response. I even sent an email asking for help. The customer service was terrible and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
