to the traditional function keypadI was extremely disappointed with this company. The function keypad on my laptop was not working properly so I called them and they told me it needed to be replaced. When I got there they said that because it was a new device they could not do anything about the old one and would have to give me a new one. Needless to say I am very unhappy with this company and will never use them again.

They are all about making a fast buck and trying to avoid any sort of customer service remains unhelpful. I have had to call them multiple times because my phone is constantly gettinga red Omron code book instead of a red code set and I need a number of things from them like 2 Factor authentication for me but they never send me the files. What kind of business is thisThis company is a scam and will likely lose money on every single product they sell. Their services are far too expensive for a business like this.
