I have had terrible experience with FaceIt-Team.com The website is extremely unprofessional and their customer service is nonexistent. Ive been a client for over two years and the only thing that has kept me coming back are the amazing features on their website. However this past month my computer started freezing up and would not start up again no matter how many times I turned it on. I called customer service and they said that my computer was stuck because of the software. They could not do anything to help me because my computer was brand new Needless to say Im done with this company - if youre looking for a lousy experience look elsewhere

1 star - terrible customer service. I had to contact them 4 times to get my password changed and they never replied back to my emails. They also said that the new password would be released tomorrow but it hasnt even been released yet Terrible experience overall.

This company is a complete waste of time and money. I tried to sign up for their team and it was very difficult. The website makes it very hard to find what youre looking for so you cant even sign in. They dont have any team members that actually work on home face IT which is where the idea behind this company comes from. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
