and moreI am not impressed with Facitessurvey.coms customer service. I called this morning and the customer representative was unable to get through to the customer service number. I provided them with a request for me to send in a picture of my survey so that they could verify my answer. However I never received a response back from the customer service representative. I also did not receive a payment until after the survey was sent. I would not recommend this company to others.

The site is designed to make it easy for customers to see how their business is performing. However the team at Facilitiessurvey.com seem to have a love affair with user data and never really try to be good at anything. The site has been around for a while now and there are still some good guys working here but it definitely isnt something that makes me happy about.
