I was extremely disappointed with company Factom.com. I signed up for their Accumulate account and within minutes realized that there were several errors in my information. For one I had provided a personal email address which was not included in the user profile. Additionally my name and date of birth were both misspelled. The worst part was that these errors continued to occur even after I corrected them all. Finally after weeks of effort and numerous emails to customer service I received no response whatsoever. overall experience could not be more negative

Ive had a lot of fun working with Accumulate The entire process of Eras ethereal blockchain technology was very easy to understand and use - even for a non-technical individual. However company factom.com is quite bad in terms of design and user experience. Im not sure what the business purpose of this website is but its not worth your time
