Factory World Wide, Review Specifics:
I have never had such terrible customer service from a software development company. Factory was supposed to help me with my business process digitalization project but instead they just made it worse. They didnt even respond to my email or call back for over a week after I sent them one. When I finally got through to them the person who answered couldnt understand what I was saying because she was speaking in Spanish. Needless to say this was an extremely frustrating experience and not worth investing in this company.

Do not use this software development company. Their processes are very slow and their customer service is terrible. I have had to call them multiple times to get my work done and they always seem to be out of town or busy with other projects. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else
