I used this company for a year and a half. I had no positive experience with them at all. The main reason being that the systems they provide do not work as promised- especially their ECM solution which was supposed to be able to help me save time and money. I would not recommend this company or use their services again.

I have had two projects at company fairfaxdatasystems.com and I can say that this is the worst project I have ever been involved in. The guy who was working on my project were out of town and the rest of the crew were somebody over 700 years old. It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this site to anyone.

I have had very limited success with Fairfax Data Systems and their data capture solutions. The customer service is good but they are errors and omissions aways. I have tried several different passwords and access levels changed their settings multiple times and even used the support form to ask for help. Nothing works and they keep saying that my account is active but it isnt. Ive also had to call them up many times because they keep giving me different information.FairfaxData Systems should not be in business. They are terrible at customer service and offer low services for what you get. Try other companies beforefairfaxdatasystems.com
